Use of the PhotoBooth.ie Photobooth - Standard Terms & Conditions

1. All Images may be used by ‘PhotoBooth.ie' for promotional & marketing purposes.
2. All images from an event will go onto the PhotoBooth.ie website for viewing
3. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
4. Photobooth.ie is currently based in Dublin and additional charges e.g. travel and accommodation may be required for bookings outside of the Greater Dublin area.
5. Please note that there is an additional insurance deposit of €500 which will be reimbursed after the event should there be no damage made to the booth. If the booth is damaged or stolen you will be liable for the full cost of repair/replacement.
6. We reserve the right to remove and delete any indecent images captured on the night without consent.
7. Only ‘Photobooth.ie’ Branded Images may be distributed on the Internet.
8. A Credit Card Guarantee form must be signed for additional damages / theft
9. Credit card payments are liable to a 2.5% credit card charge
10. Copyright of all images remain the property of Photobooth.ie
11. Photobooth.ie Images are for personal use only. Commercial use of Photobooth.ie images is strictly by agreement only.
